Title: Marketing Manager

Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to digital assets development to product promotion.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for effectively executing DxNow’s planned marketing tactics, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base, and creating effective marketing operations that will support DxNow’s reputation and growth.

The Marketing Manager should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. Qualified candidates will be passionate about the field and well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of all day-to-day marketing activities; including tracking and management of budgeted costs.
  • Production of marketing online tools and collateral (digital, printed, exhibits).
  • Coordination of conferences and events planning, negotiations and logistics.
  • Development and execution of all promotional materials and activities for conferences and other planned marketing events.
  • Coordinate marketing development activities and deliverables in collaboration with DxNow’s outside creative agency team, including:
  • Responsible for creating and managing the media and content management system.
  • Responsible for monitoring, managing and updating web content components of the website to ensure optimization and user experience are best in class.
  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.).
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
    • Content development and management for all marketing platforms: digital, printed, podium, editorial.
    • Planning and execution initiatives to reach the target audiences through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, web campaigns, etc.).
    • Assisting in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
    • Ensuring creative and technical requirements are met for designs and layouts for B2B and B2C digital and print marketing projects (websites, landing pages, corporate intranet or other internal marketing tools, direct email communications, paid keyword search and analytics, paid social media, online advertising, etc.).
    • Brainstorming and development of ideas for creative marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing, SEO and analytics, social media, CRM use and administration, etc.) and basic market research methods.
  • Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing data analytics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM) and applications (web analytics, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Knowledge of HTML and web development tools (e.g., WordPress back office).
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented; tireless work ethic.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
  • Ability to travel as necessary to conferences and other promotional events.
  • BA in marketing, communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as marketing specialist or similar role.
